Toe 2 Toe Boxing Salem OregonToe 2 Toe Boxing – New Location!!

After just a bit over a year in operation, Toe 2 Toe Boxing officially outgrew our studio and moved to a much larger space located at 4122 River Road N in Keizer, right next door to the Keizer Clamber of Commerce. Not only does this move allow us to increase our class sizes to serve more individuals interested in boxing and fitness, but the space is large enough that we can now house a competition-sized boxing ring to host small community events and competition bouts! The ring should arrive in late-June so stay tuned as more fun announcements are on the way!

We have also started morning classes for you early risers! Quick HIIT classes take place at 5AM and 5:30AM, are 30-minutes in duration, and are perfect for those who want to get in a solid workout before the sun rises. These classes incorporate a boxing warm-up and some bag work, but primarily focus on high intensity circuit training in a fun, small group atmosphere.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to come check us out yet, we would love to meet you! Toe 2 Toe Boxing offers classes for all ages and abilities. We start as young as four-years-old and have some clients well into their 70’s. Prior experience is not required! Come as you are. All of our classes are centered on boxing fundamentals while incorporating agility, footwork, balance, and endurance skills for a full-body, high-intensity workout. Each class is different, so you’ll never get bored. In fact, our motto is “Cardio doesn’t have to be boring!” Our kids classes focus on building boxing skills while also teaching discipline and respect while building self-esteem and self-worth. First class is always free so if it’s not your thing – that’s okay!

Toe 2 Toe Boxing Team – A 501c3 Nonprofit!

In other exciting news, Toe 2 Toe Boxing Team is an official 501c3 registered nonprofit organization. We will share more as we build the programming, but our intent is to raise funds for scholarships to support individuals with disabilities and low-income youth to be able to participate in weekly boxing classes or private training sessions. Additionally, the nonprofit will support our competitive boxing team as we travel along the West Coast to amateur boxing competitions by covering associated travel and lodging costs. We can’t wait to share more with you all soon!

Why Boxing?

Hi there! Adam here, Head Coach and Owner of Toe 2 Toe Boxing. Opening Toe 2 Toe Boxing has been a life-long dream of mine. Boxing is a sport that I have been passionate about for decades and I enjoy sharing my love for the sport with others. And once you’re here, you’ll understand what I mean when I say that “It’s so much more than just boxing.” Our gym is all about camaraderie, community, and self-improvement. There are no egos allowed in here so please don’t feel intimated if this is something that interests you. And best of all, we have a ton of fun while we are here!
